  • For the purpose of obtaining information about the use of the website, the number of pages visited, the number of visits, as well as visitor activity and frequency of use, are analysed. Legal basis

Consent. Personal data obtained through the forms on the website will be processed solely on the basis of the consent given by the data subject by ticking the relevant box provided for this purpose. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Legitimate interest of the data controller. Statistical information obtained from the website will be processed on the basis of the data controller’s legitimate interest. This information does not allow the user to be identified.

Legal obligation. Data will be processed on the basis of a legal obligation applicable to the data controller where the processing is necessary to comply with legal requirements applicable to ALTERAREA.

Recipients

Data retention

When the user submits their personal data to participate in recruitment processes carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER, the data will be processed for participation in current recruitment processes and, if the user is not selected, their personal data will be retained for a period of two years in order to consider their participation in future recruitment processes.

When the user submits their data to contact the DATA CONTROLLER, make enquiries or submit suggestions, the data will be retained for as long as necessary for this purpose and for as long as liabilities arising from the processing may exist.

Traffic, statistical and website visit data: the data will be retained for a period of three years.

Rights

Policy on the protection of minors

Anyone who provides data through the forms on this website and accepts its processing formally declares that they are over 14 years of age.

Access to and use of the portal by persons under 14 years of age is prohibited.

The DATA CONTROLLER reminds adults who are responsible for minors that they will be solely responsible if a minor provides their data in order to request any product.

They are also informed that software programmes exist to restrict browsing by filtering or blocking access to certain content.

Processing resulting from the use of social media

The DATA CONTROLLER accepts no responsibility for information posted by users on the page.
